It started in India with a 200-hour training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, and I haven’t looked back since. This was just the scratch on the surface of something vast and beautiful, and I’ve continued to study, practice and train in an attempt to better understand and unpack what Yoga truly means for me, which I'm now seeing will take more than this lifetime alone, and that feels humbling, exciting and completely beautiful!
Over the last eight years I have travelled around the world to both study and teach, my heart now firmly rooted in sharing the incredible and far-reaching potential of this practice, using its various tools as a means to serve each individual in finding their own unique way to live with greater fulfilment, freedom and joy.
I offer practice as a spiritual science in service to that inward journey back to the state of Being that reminds you, you are inherently whole. Everything I share is in the hopes of empowering you to have your own understanding & experience, so that you can taste the essence of yoga's philosophical concepts, contemplating what they might mean for you, and how they may empower you to live all of your life to its fullest.
