9 Days of Yoga, Ayurveda & Self-reflection

Both Yoga & Ayurveda hold that the biggest cause of suffering is the existence of a disconnect between Mind & Body. Without stabilising practices to return us to a state of balance, the lack of harmony which exists between these two aspects of life only grows.


While many of us have learned to adapt to a world that is in a perpetual state of flux, change and doing, this state of constant activation is not where creativity, balance and true, sustainable health & harmony are nurtured.


Yoga practices bring a sense of balance back into our systems, and its ‘sister-science’ Ayurveda provides a framework through which we can bring about a stable foundation to rebuild our natural state of harmony - both within & without. 


Join us for a week of practice & contemplation - to explore the modulating notes of mind, body & breath, finding where they land for you, and learning to adjust where it’s needed.
