Lincolnshire Retreat

5th-7th August 2022

Hannah and I are extremely excited to be pulling together our first in-person event for Nourished, and would love for you to join us!

Think of this as a weekend to rest and replenish, so that you can move back into life, renewed and recharged in a truly meaningful way, with tools in the bag that will help you to continue to meet that space of inner-nourishment.

Something that one of my teachers offered me recently that really struck a sweet and resonant chord was this: "Nourishment is something that gives to you, without taking anything else away." What could that look like for each of us? How might our approach towards the different practices we seek change? This is a weekend to explore just can I give back to myself without feeling obligated or depleted in the process.

With that in mind, there will be an emphasis on nervous system regulation through all the different practices that we weave through the weekend (Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Nidra, Self, Enquiry, Mantra etc.)

Your Hosts

Chrissie Chung

Chrissie began her love affair with yoga in India 7 years ago, and it has since brought her all around the world to both study and teach.

What started as a purely physical practice gently evolved into a spiritual journey home. Her heart is firmly rooted in sharing the incredible potential of practice as a path towards uncovering our innate joy, and reclaiming that rich inherent space of wholeness.

Hannah Campbell

Hannah’s first real taste of Yoga was during a retreat in 2014. ‘There is a vivid memory of turning to my friend one morning and asking what are you thinking about? and receiving the answer: ‘nothing’. She realised that what ever this was, she needed to learn how to share it too.

For Hannah, Yoga represents a kind of calm spaciousness, yet rich fullness that can really only be experienced through practice. It’s Hannah’s intention to guide you to that space, so that you become familiar with what resides within, and then you have the power to return there always.
