1:1 Yoga Sessions

A practice tailor made to help bring life back into balance, realigning yourself to your fullest potential. Sessions are 1hr 30** and will include asana, pranayama & meditation with a specific focus to address current tensions, stresses or personal limitations that you have the desire to work through. 

Not all yoga practices are suited to our constitution - this is the pathway to find a personal approach that will give you the tools to best suit your current needs in order to leave you feeling whole and thriving in the world. 

Using traditional Hatha techniques alongside Ayurvedic knowledge - find equilibrium, feel vibrant and shine as your best self.
