Private Yoga Session
The path of yoga is a very well structured system, a science in and of itself, that invites us to understand who we are more completely, layer by layer, with a distinct and purposeful roadmap towards self-understanding. When we know where and what it is that we’re moving towards, and how we might get there, we begin to build greater confidence, momentum and trust within ourselves and our practice.
These sessions are highly personalised practices that are tailored to meet you exactly where you’re at, with the intention of creating greater harmony and support through all aspects of life. I draw upon my 8 years of extensive study & practice to weave together something powerful, holistic and safe in which you have the permission to turn in, unravel, restore and expand.
The practices I offer are informed by the wisdoms of Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra and recent research in field of neuroscience. I specialise in Hatha, Yin Yoga, and restorative/ restful practices including guided systematic relaxation, yoga nidra & meditation.
Each session is an opportunity to acknowledge all of your life, the things that feels sweet just as much as the things that feel stuck/ challenging, so that practice ultimately becomes an antidote that can soothe, balance and restore, bringing you back into that delicious state of vibrant wholeness!

Private Meditation Session
One of yoga's teachings is that the world is a mirror of your mind ~ what you pay attention to you make real. Meditation is the gateway that allows you to nurture, nourish and restore your relationship to the mind, shifting it from driver's seat back into the place of useful passenger where it can truly support you along life's journey.

In these sessions we'll take time to be in conversation first to look at where you currently stand, so that together we can discern what longs for a little more support, be that in finding relief, space, clarity, or perhaps momentum, inspiration, growth etc.
​
This will culminate in practice itself (pranayama & meditation) which will be recorded and offered as an audio file for you to keep, and continue practicing with over the following weeks.

Private Rest Session
Slowing down can feel really hard, even when your body, mind and soul yearn for that space to be still. How you get there is important, understanding that rest isn't something you fight or force your way into, and rather a delicious feeling that can naturally and gently arise under the right conditions...together we can find what those conditions are for you.

This session will include initial conversation to meet you where you're at; contemplation & self reflection to start deepening your connection to & relationship with rest; the space to unravel what, if anything, feels stuck; so that finally you can move into a practice of deep, replenishing rest where you invite that feeling into every single cell of your body.
